  Very helpful and a GREAT range of orthotics friendly shoes. Only place in Brisbane that sells pretty shoes and high heels that don't hurt my feet!

  I was given shoes from this store as a gift. I had the invoice but not the box. The shoes didn't fit me properly so I went to either change them or get a refund. I was told I could do neither because I didn't have the box. I was told that it wouldn't be possible to resell them without the box. I told the woman, who was very rude, that I could leave the box of the new shoes behind so she could reuse the box. She, very dismissive, said that she wouldn't help me if I didn't have the box. You guys have terrible customer service.

  Incredible service, excellent range, and informed staff! So many lovely on-trend shoes to choose from, with well-trained staff who really know their stuff. :)
