  We lived in a rental property through Arthur Conias for more then 4 years. We had few different property managers throughout that period and everyone was very helpful and approachable. Great communication and prompt action to any issues in the unit.

  I rented with Arthur Conias for three months and found them to be a compassionate and supportive real estate agent. I moved in during a difficult time in my life and they were supportive and understanding during the whole moving process.   My partner and I rented through Arthur Conias for only 6 months but were incredibly impressed with the quality of service as provided by the whole team at Arthur Conias. Stephanie is our property manager and has been incredibly helpful, friendly and reliable throughout the whole period which we leased through A.C. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that our experience has been genuine and positive, and has even helped us in securing our next property interstate.   Absolutely pathetic rental management. If the property managers are too weak to state that an application has been declined by the owners, then they'll be too weak to inform the owners if there is an issue. Definitely not to be trusted with your investments.

  The new agent that came in this year really made a huge difference! She got things sorted and responded very fast to my questions even via email, she assisted in leaving a good reference for next place! Very helpful Emily and Ashlee was lovely! Good customer service!
