  Just had my suit and pants dry cleaned. The suit jacket was covered in mold and everyone kept telling me to throw it out. Peerless saved me $500! and dry cleaned it. Looks great. Friendly staff and it took about a week turn around (I did specify I had no intended time frame requirements, so they may of done it faster if i had asked). Only cost me $35. Very happy with the result. Only gave 4 stars because of time frame (shorter time would of course be better) and that nobody is perfect.

  You know ... I like going to Pereless because the location is perfect for my busy schedule - literally drive in - the work is always excellent - and the service positively magnificent. Sometimes I am tempted to drive in just to say good morning ( OK so that was a joke but ... the service and commitment to always do the right things by customers is awesome) . Highly recommend these guys

  Handed in a suit on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday. Arrived on Thursday, and the suit was not ready, and wasn't even at the Toowong store. Had to wait until the afternoon and then pick it up from the Indooroopilly Peerless. No apologies or discount offered.

  A $300 dress ruined by Peerless Dry Cleaners Toowong. No warning of the risks of damage that could occur to the dress before I handed over my dress and money, but after my dress was returned damaged and my money had been taken, I'm told that I should expect this type of damage every time I dry clean the dress. The dress was sent away to be assessed and I was told to expect a call from head office with an outcome; the call never came. Instead I had to chase up head office where I was told that the information I had been given was incorrect, they had never intended to call me, and that they were taking absolutely no responsibility for the damage they had caused. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Don't risk sending your clothes to Peerless Dry Cleaners.
