  Their checkout machine and customer service is pathetic. My husband and I were having trouble with the machine and as no was around I just walked to one of the representatives who was standing towards the end of the paying machines. When I said we are having trouble scanning something she rudely said she will come there herself and suggested I did something wrong or was about to flee without paying just for walking up to her. I wasn’t carrying anything and My husband was still standing there by our machine.

  Kmart has cheap clothes and good value contemporary homewares, a bit like IKEA but not as durable. This store is very handy for University students. They also have good value chocolate and.confectionary, and some party supplies.

  Kmart stocks the same products Australia wide, and in their few New Zealand stores.

  This store has a slightly confusing layout compared with other KMart stores. Unlike most (where the checkout is at the front), the checkout is in the middle and once youve paid you need to get your receipt and bag inspected at the front door as well - so make sure to take and keep your receipt.

  Very good collection of household goods, clothes, toys etc for an affordable price. Very good customer service and friendly staff too. Mostly, Kmarts are very large stores with ample parking. Two hours free parking.

  I love Kmart however this is one of the worst one I have been to. All the staff are as clueless as eachother and don’t know answers to anything and fling it off to another staff member, which as well doesn’t know the answer (and continue).

  Kmart Toowong is a large store. Very clean. Recently renovated. Friendly staff.
