  Depressing experience -I was hungry and in a hurry and chose a ham and cheese croissant. The person who took my order was indifferent to my question (would it be properly toasted or flattened on a sandwich press?) Flattened, I was told and I knew I would be disappointed. The staff member overcharged me which I pointed out. The croissant when it arrived (quite quickly) was barely warm, the cheese not melted. The tea was ok but the teapot looked stained, as did the cup. What a depressing experience -surely Toowong can do better??

  Terrible service. Dirty plates and dishes on every table so the customers had to sit amongst the dishes or move them themselves. Waited 30 minutes for a toasted sandwich and flatbread that were cold, not cooked properly and the orders were wrong. Service was unfriendly and unprofessional. We are loyal customers to jaimaca blue at other locations but this experience was completely unacceptable.

  WORST PLACE EVER. tables were dirty everywhere. We sat at our table with random other plates for 20 minutes. Was wayyyy under staffed. My food came out. Zucchini salad. Looked NOTHING like the picture/ was half the size. My friends food which was smoked salmon and poached eggs took 45 MINUTES. We complained they said they didn't have eggs and were busy. When hers finally arrived they charged 4 dollars for avocado which was maybe half of a half of one. Spinach Salad on side was literally just spinach. Chef was rude when I complained and said look we are busy which was the extent of an apology we received. He then just game us two free small coffee vouchers. Horrible food, horrible staff and horrible the way they handled the situation. Won't ever go back.

  Absolutely horrible. I tried one time because I hade a coupon and they were closed so next time we came before five but It was Boxing Day so it was closed and when I went there a third time at 4:15 THEY SAID THAT THEY WERENT COOKING ANYMORE LIKE WHY WORULD YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE CLOSING AT 5 BUT ACTUALLY CLOSE AT 4?!?!?

  Terrible place. I can't believe this place is in business. The girl who served us was scowling the whole time. The people she served before us were Chinese and she was so rude to them that I was embarrassed and ashamed. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned. The coffee was terrible and the corn fritters were tasteless.
